Hi
We can only access the machine by CLI. We have executed:
NCS stop
NCS cleanup
NCS start
But now we can not Access.

Hi,
Required running for the GUI - NMS Server is stopped.
Can you again try to stop/restart Cisco PI. If its still stopped, power cycle the VM or the Appliance.

Thanks for the reply, but we cannot start the Database yet.

Which version is it?
There is a possibility for the server being out of disk space on one of its partitions. You can check that by entering:
shell df -k
