Cisco Prime infra 3.0 - restore error

Hi all,

after upgrade cisco Pi from 2.2.2 to 3.0 version (same appliance hw  generation 1) when i try to restore the application backup i receive the following error:

ERROR: Unpacking backup file failed. Invalid backup file. Please retry restore with another backup.
% Backup file could not be unpacked

i checked the corruption of the file locally and remotely on cisco Pi, but the file is OK.

How was the backup taken? WEBUI/Background task or from the CLI? If from the CLI, what command was used? How was the file checked? 

Was a MD5SUM taken of the file before/after transferring the file from the PI server to remote location, since I am assuming the same GEN 1 HW was used?
