i plan to implement cisco SWAN
which component should i have (beside 6509 + WISM + access point) ?
WCS / wireless location appliance

I'd have to recommend adopting a different aproach. The Cisco SWAN is more of a concept. What you should do is design your WLANs from the angle of what you ultimately want to achieve. i.e. work out what services you want to support, and take it from there. E.g. do you want voice (if so what phones), do you want corporate and guest access, do you want other systems such as Vocera or Symbol devices, or RFID etc etc...
