Cisco WAP4410N Not responding

Hi,

I have a WAP4410N access point. While upgrading its firmware i accidentally removed its power adapter. Now i am unable to access it via its default IP. When connected without an Ethernet connection, the Power light comes on and stays on. However, as soon as you attach an Ethernet cable, whether it's attached to anything on the other end or not, the LEDs on the devices start blinking - first the Power light, then the Wireless light, repeatedly. They continue to do this, even when the Ethernet cord is removed.

Tried hard resetting in many times by even pushing the reset button for a min or so but its behavior is same.

Its out of warranty so i can't open a case with cisco.

Please help!
