Cisco WLC-ISE Error message : 5417 Dynamic Authorization failed

Hello,

I'm facing an issue regarding a Guest portal on my ISE since we installed patch 5 for version 1.3 to the ISE.

Some clients can connect, but most of the clients can't connect .

For clients who can't connect, they are redirect well to the portal, and when they put their credentials , they are again and again redirected to the portal...

5417 Dynamic Authorization failed
Applies to: All EAP types and MAB
Possible Causes: NAD is not configured with change of authorization (CoA) from ISE PSN.
Resolution : Check the connectivity between ISE and the NAD. Ensure that ISE is defined as
             the dynamic authorization client on NAD and that CoA is supported on device
