If you go to software downloads it will show the deferred releases.

if you click on it you can see the actual deferral notice, but there is no date next to them

If your looking for the best version to use its worth checking out the TAC recommended versions:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/wireless-lan-controller-software/200046-tac-recommended-aireos.html#anc12

If your after exact dates i recommend contacting TAC or your Cisco SE/AM to find out as I can not see it listed anywhere online.

You can setup for notifications alerts as per the link below which will alert you when a software release is deferred, however if you don’t have it enabled I don’t see any database where you can look back at the dates when it was deferred.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/web/tools/cns/help/index.html

I can confirm Jurgens statement.

You cannot retrieve the history of deferral notices

You also cannot retrieve a history of recommended versions.

I had contact with cisco over the recommended version,

because Cisco support APP on the iPad keeps a list of deferral notifications.

seems like a history, but in the end all notifications point to the same document (the last/only version)!

at that time (medio 2017) there were no plans to alter this behavior.
