I'd say at first sight that this is a DHCP problem as the DHCP server is responsible to provide the IP address and DNS server. If the DNS server is wrong, then, you should correct it in the dhcp scope configuration.
One thing called my attention. The dhcp server is shown as 3.3.3.3. is that correct? That's the IP address of your server or this is the IP address of WLC virtual interface?
