Hello All,
Iam facing a strange issue from last 1 month.
I have Wireless network running with WLC2504 and AP AIR-1832I
Scenario is I have AP in 1st floor corridor and another AP in ground floor area.
We have one conference room near first floor corridor and where some users complain there are getting slow network while connected to wifi.
I observed people sitting in conference room are getting connected to ground-floor AP so there are getting poor signal strength.
If person comes near to first-floor AP then the singal is good, distance between corridor AP and conference room is not much( very near), what i can do so user's from first-floor always connect to near by AP instead of far AP.

- @MAHI_VYAS - Clients decide autonomous where to connect to (which AP) and roam.
Sometimes they can decide upon load-info from an AP depending on configurations
on both controller and client side
Usual advices are : make sure that the client's wireless drivers are up to date.
Make sure a wireless site survey was done for optimal coverage.
Upgrade this controller to the last release made available as we have discussed
with you before
Consider installing an extra access point in the conference area, when there is a
conference with lots of people

Conference room AP located on the 1st floor but conference room attendees connected to the ground floor APs?
We've seen this before many, many times. The wireless clients are laptops, right? Laptops with never-been-updated wireless NIC drivers?
