Clients don't join to C9800 with Flexconnect config

WLC  version is 17.6.4

but, I cannot join to AP

client tries to join sometimes and can't

 -  Review the C9800   configuration with the CLI command : show  tech   wireless , have the output analyzed by  https://cway.cisco.com/tools/WirelessAnalyzer/  , please note do not use classical show tech-support (short version) , use the command denoted in green for Wireless Analyzer.               Checkout all advisories!
 Also use client debugging per : https://logadvisor.cisco.com/logadvisor/wireless/9800/9800ClientConnectivity , you can have client debugs analyzed with : https://cway.cisco.com/wireless-debug-analyzer

on the wlc 5520 the same configuration works

  Ok, but the configuration architecture on the 9800 is completely different, strongly advise to execute the mentioned procedure for WirelessAnalyzer ,

I checked config after  show tech wireless on the https://cway.cisco.com/tools/WirelessAnalyzer/ and there's no error, just 10 recomendations, tomororow I going to do client debug through the https://logadvisor.cisco.com/logadvisor/wireless/9800/9800ClientConnectivity

I guess that problem with association when AP works as Flexconnect

it's bug, I disabled "Device Analytics" and everything is ok after it
