cllients always connect and disconnec

we have one ssid and 5 APs at the same floor, we have lot of complains related to clients always disconnect from AP and rejoin to the other AP every few minutes and every time it re authenticate again which affect his connectivity

WLC is 5508

AP is 1832i

any advice ?

8.5.161.0

Software is fairly current, but there would be some newer 8.5.x releases.

Do you have Client Band Select or Client Load Balancing features active? Those could cause the described issues and don't offer many benefits today. I would disable them. Check the SSID configuration - Advanced for this.
