What version of the WLC software do you suggest to install - 8.3.102.0(ED) or 8.2.121.0(ED)?

8.2.100.0

I've been running 8.2.111 for a month or so and have had no issues.  8.3 introduces several Apple iOS enhancements. You may want to look there is you have a lot of iPhones.

I had a lot of problems with 8.3.102.0 - especially with the AP3800 AP.  It would probably be better to wait for the first maintenance release before using it.

8.2.121.0 was reasonable, however you might want to give 8.2.130.0 a go though, there are lots and lots of bug fixes in this release that fix many problems in 8.2.121.0 and earlier builds.

We have tried to upgrade to 8.3.120 (from 8.0) two times on WISM2, crashes the controllers, confirmed bug from Cisco.

Also tried 8.3.120 on virtual WLC, and there is a problem with not all AP's registering (2802/3802 AP's).

Finally upgraded WISM2 to 8.2.130 with no problems so far. Also downgraded virtual WLC from 8.3 to 8.2 and the problems with AP's not registering went away.

So I would wait a while with 8.3
