Hi Everyone,
I have a query related to Cisco 1400 AP.
We are using AIR-BR1410A-A-K9 in bridge mode as p2p. Unfortunately one AIR-BR1410A-A-K9 gone faulty from the pair. We are now planning to buy cisco AIR-CAP1532E-A-K9.
My query is Will AIR-CAP1532E-A-K9 run with the combination of old AIR-BR1410A-A-K9 in bridge mode as P2P link.

Hi,
Its recommanded to use the same type of model for point to point links but 1410 is alredy EoS/EoL.
So you can use the replacement product (1532), it will work.

Hi Sandeep,
Thank you!!
Is is tested or is there any document that states that the two models will work.
Can you share the document if available.

Deep

You will not find any document about comptibility.
As cisco says that its the replacement product of 1410 then it means it will work but if you want to confirm then call to your supplier.

Hi Everyone,
Thank you for your time taken on the case.
Below is the response that i got from Cisco.
"I am afraid that the AIR-BR1410A-A-K9 is not compatible with any of the Cisco's Access Points portfolio".
