Components, licenses and services to be considered for proposing a meraki solution?

Hi,

We are going have a network with over 80 Meraki Access Points.

As these access points are cloud managed, what are the licenses, services and additional components that should be taken into consideration while preparing the "Bill Of Quantity"?

Please also suggest the exact part numbers of Meraki POE Access layer switches.
