Configuring Aironet 2600 as a Verizon FIOS repeater

Hello Cisco Community! The subject line really says it all. I'm working on extending an existing Verizon FIOS wifi connection/SSID within an apartment. I have two spare Cisco Aironet 2602i wireless access points I could use. I wanted to ask if there was any documentation or guidance out there to configure an AP to extend the already existing Verizon FIOS SSID already in place.

Thank you in advance! I really appreciate the feedback!

take a look at this post

You could make the AP an autonomous AP and make it a repeater. You would need the ability to download the autonomous image from Cisco.com
