Configuring WDS using Local Radius Server

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out and guide me in going around configuring a Local Radius Server on a Cisco 1210 AP with the latest code and with WLSE running the latest code (2.9) so that I can scan for rogue access points with the various ways of scanning for rogue access points.

Basically, you only need to define one NAS (the WDS AP or WLSM). In WLSE, you need to define a wlccp credential. That will do it.

Is it possible to create a mobility tunnel between a WLSM and AP without ACS? We are testing WLSM in the lab and don't have access to our ACS. We don't need any client security as this configuration is just for evaluation purposes.
