, im trying to setup wireless interface and already start reading several documents.
i would like to ask what the meaning of the BVI interface? Is it nessesery?

Yes, to need to set that up. BVI stand for bridge virtual interface, this will bridge data between the virtual interface to the physical interface (int fastethernet 0) or vlan.
