Hi Console is stuck there, please see the below error message. and cannot type anything only when the console is plugged into the AP c9130. Anyone has experience about this? Thank you

The way you mentioned can work, but all these kinds of ap have this issue once joining. we might have another way to resolve it from wlc, but so far we do not know it.

Hello @interfacedy
As it states "configure a valid user from Controller", Just configure a user on your AP profile
Example
EWC(config)#ap profile <profile-name> EWC(config-ap-profile)#mgmtuser username admin password 0 Cisco123 secret 0 Cisco123
