@gtstech

Does It demais reloading with you disconnect It from network?

If so,  I would recommend software upgrade or replacement

I can't do anything even holding the button for 20s or restarting. It just keeps running like that.

In short it just runs like that and can't do anything even reset button

I think it is not flashed yet

Do you know the AP model and version?

I can't show version because it keeps rebooting. Model: CW9166I-ROW

I can see on the logs "Meraki mode selected"

If you boot It with a console cable, do you see any option to change It?

Cause If not, you would need access to Meraki cloud. The AP is probably booting in loop as It can not connect to the internet

"Read 0 bytes from volume part.safe to 50000000
Volume part.safe not found!
Read 0 bytes from volume part.old to 50000000
Volume part.old not found!"

I see this log is it because of flash?

If it is in meraki mode, it should show on cli like this?

I assum this prompt is from another AP?

Well, you may have a faulty AP then

This is the orange signal on the CW9166 device.

The AP is in Meraki mode and cannot boot - looks like flash partitions have been wiped.

You can only convert from Meraki mode to Catalyst mode after the AP has joined Meraki dashboard so at this point I think your only option is RMA.

Is there any way to download flash partitions?

Is there any way to download flash partitions?
No.  Only if Cisco has published the u-boot recovery images for the AP. They've only done that for the AX APs.

So what is the solution?

So what is the solution?
RMA
As long as you have proof of purchase you can use the limited lifetime warranty:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/wireless/catalyst-9166-series-access-points/catalyst-9166-series-access-points-ds.html#Warrantyinformation
Or if you have a support contract simply RMA as normal on contract.
