Is there a way to use Cisco Prime Infrastructure to convert an LWAPP(s) to autonomous mode? I need to convert 30 APs back to autonomous mode before we sell a site.

Its not possible to convert from CAPWAP to Autonomous.
FYI: but from Autonomus to CAPWAP conversion is possible.
