Creating a wlan to access only one external website

I want creat Wlan and configure it to access only one website can you please help me with this?

you can create ACL on the WLC (but there is impact on performance when you enable ACL - depends on size of the traffic)

Filtering web sites is not really the function of a WLAN.
That's something you'd normally use content filtering for - eg Cisco Umbrella DNS based content filtering.
To lock that down to a single site then as BB says you'd need to also use ACLs but those don't need to be on the WLC - they could also be on the router.
