Data Rate Setting for subset of access points

Is there a way I can select a subset of the access point on  controller, group them and apply data rate configuration to the group.

I have a building with multiple floors. I want to use a single floor as a test bed for disabling some low data rates in order to alleviate some co-channel interference. Test for a few days and roll the change out the other floors.

Is there a way this can be achieved?

I'm using 5500 series WLCs runninf 7.6, Cisco Prime 2.0 and a mix  of 3500 and 3700 APs.
