I have 1130 on each floor and planning to add 1141 AP for coverage / redendency. Does it matter if I mix and match on the models? I am using Radius.
Should I "deploy" the identical model on the same floor?

No, You can deploy different model AP on same floor.

Thanks. They are connected to Cat 2950 / ASA 5500.

I agree with Rasika. No issue with mixing them.
By the way, what is your LAN backbone and uplink from the AP?

Just to add...
One thing that is an issue with mixing those models is the 1141 is 802.11n supported and the 1131 isn't. 802.11n clients tend to stick to available 802.12n access points than to roam to a non 802.11n access point. I've seen this in many environments and the only way to mix the two is to make sure you disable
802.11n.
