Hi WLC 3504 with latest ver ios have http and https enabled. In 9800, when we want to disable http, we need some command to replace for the action. In 3504, can we directly disable http? Thank you

Hi

Unlike 9800, 3504 is based in AIROS and you can disable HTTP on the "MANAGEMENT" tab, you just need to change HTTP  Access from "Enable" to "Disable".

 Reload is required.

               - When using CLI on 9800 use the IOS-XE command  : no ip http server

Thanks for your reply. In 9800, it needs some commands like below.

parameter-map type webauth global

   webauth-http-enable

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/9800/17-3/config-guide/b_wl_17_3_cg/m_vewlc_sec_webauth_cg.html#d222597e3262a1635

that is for web authentication - what are you looking  ?

Without that command, wifi guest might have some issue. Not sure if 3504 has the similar issue
