Disable SIP ALG on cisco 9800 wlc

I am having issue in my Voice WLAN while calling and I want to disable SIP ALG on the WLC. Can someone please help me how to do it.

There is not such thing on the WLC 9800. Application Layer Gateway is usually configured on routers or voip system.

This should help configure the Voice SSID as well as fine-tune the settings of the 9800.

Depending on what vendor you are using, you should also look or ask their engineer, what is the best practice for wireless configuration. They should have something.
