Disable SSID for a single Network when using SSID Template

I have all of my SSID's controlled by an central SSID template. Can I disable a specific SSID for a specific Network by using the "Access Control" functionality? Will that disable the SSID for all of the Networks that are using the template or just the one Network where I disable it under "Access Control"?

As long as you are under the actual network (and not the template) it will disable the SSID for just that network.
