Disable upnp on WLC and AP

Hello,

I understand their are vulnerabilities with Universal Plug and Play (UPNP) protocol.  What i would like to do is to disable UPNP for the following;

Cisco WLC 5508

Cisco WLC 3650

Cisco AP 2802

Searched the web management interface tabs and i cannot find any info where UPNP is mentioned to disable.

Thanks for any info

The WLC doesn't support uPnP. This is usually a router/firewall device function, as it helps to open ports dynamically. The WLC doesn't support this.

Hi

 I don't think it is possible. Where Didi you see it enabled?

uPnP is a client-based protocol. This is not related to wireless.

Thanks Leo for replying.

But once on the wifi can the UPNP protocol from a client host (PC) be used to query the AP or WLC?  Commercial home wireless routers have UPNP enabled by default and you can switch this off, not seeing this as a option for the cisco 5508.

Thanks for any info

Good news how about WLCs Patoberli.

How to disable from cisco access switches? 3750 and 6509

I don't think they support upnp either :)
