Documentation Error? -- Cisco Aironet 1200 RADIUS Configuration

In the Cisco Aironet 1200 RADIUS Configuration document, it states that due to a security lapse RADIUS configuration cannot be performed using a network management utility. I assume they are referring to the Web-based management client. Is this true, or is it possible to configure the Cisco Aironet 1200 100% within a web browser?

htm, it is possible to setup the aironet 1200 Ap using a web browser.
