Greetings all - We are in the process of piloting eap-fast for mainly WinXP using CSSC, how we also lime to accommodate our Mac and Linux users. We figured out the steps for Mac, however Linux seems a little an obscured topic with eap-fast. Any working recommendations for any flavors of Linux out there? I have been reading about Open1x and wa_supplicant, but wanted everyone's feedback on some ideas. Thank you, Nabil

Hello Surendra -
Thank you for the link.
Are you aware of any documentation to us this suppilcant with Cisco EAP-FAST? It appears like a power client, but poorly documented .
Thank you,
Nabil

Surendra and Nabil:
I am also struggling with eap fast, in fact under the wpa_supplicant conf file, it fails with unknown protocol.
epa=FAST
I have the Atheros 5K chipset in the Cisco AIR PCI Cardbus, in Linux Monte Vista.
The examples given by Cisco on-line in the config of most of the eap protocols don't include any wpa_supplicant info on Linux
only MS Windows. What is the actual text configuration to enable eap FAST?
I have the Cisco ACS 4.1, and Cisco Wireless Controller, version 6.0.
