anyone known how could I enable client side EAP-FAST on my Windows XP laptop ?

You need to use a CCX V3 compliant wireless clients or use Cisco 350 wireless client.

The Windows XP built-in client utility (Wireless Zero Configuration Service) does NOT support EAP-FAST.

If the client utilty for your wireless card also does not support EAP-FAST, then consider getting Funk Software's Odyssey client. The latest beta version supports EAP-FAST:
