I have a 3602 (maybe 2) that fail to load

when I change the target boot file the the -mx rather than -xx the result is the same.
How do I push an fresh image from my TFTP: server?

When dealing with APs, exercise caution when using the "download-sw" option. In some cases, this will cause the AP to crash (no Traceback generated).
The best way is to use the "archive tar /x tftp://<TFTP IP address>/IOS_filename.tar flash:".

the device does not pull a IP and does NOT present a MAC to the attached 3750G switch.
the switch only registers interface connect and poe delivery, Ieee PD 15.4 w
