I have problem When I want to update images for Wireless Controller WLC 2500,
I choose number 6 when Boot Loader Menu shown.

Cisco TAC can publish the RTOS image.
should I use RMA service for sofware fail?
This is normal. You can RMA the unit.

That is not a valid RTOS image.
You have two choices: Contact TAC and ask for an RTOS image or you get your appliance RMA-ed.
