EWC on 9105AXI

Hello

This is probably newbie questions but I'm not able to find answers in Cisco documentation.

I've got two Catalyst 9105AXI with EWC. When I'm connecting on the EWC interface, no AP has joined, even the AP on which the EWC is running. Is it normal behavior ?

AP is configured with a fixed IP, no DHCP available. Thus unable to configure option 43 to provide the IP of the EWC to the AP.

Is DHCP mandatory ?

More, should the AP be registered on the Smart Account ?

Any help will be appreciated.

AP need to Manually join the EWC - connect console to AP and join.
