I have a customer who has a lot of outages on their new SDA wireless setup.
The setup is 4800 APs and redundant 5520 controllers running 8.10 software.
What i'm seeing is that users experience outages lasting upwards around 3 minutes where they have little to no connection.
I tried doing a wireless packet capture both with DNAC data packet capture and 2 wireless sniffer AP's and what i see is that in the time period where the users are having problems they are mainly exchanging "Request to send/Clear to send" and "Block Ack requests/Block Acks", when this eventually stops the problem is gone again.
In the DNAC nothing is registered other than alot of TX retransmissions, i tried checking to see if it seemed like a coverage issue but my survey reaveled no problem with the coverage.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what may cause this behaviour?

- Make sure to use the recommended release 8.10.130.0 - here is a related resolved bug.

- Have a sanity check of the controller configuration with :

That does unfortunately not give me any insight, the warnings it's generating is not something i can use.

Great insight, after a software upgrade the issue seem to be gone.
