Hi there,
Currently the accounts created using Lobby Admin account has a liftime of 30 days. Is there a way to increase the account lifetime ? Of is there a method to give to the reception an access to create guest accounts without giving full access to the WLC.

Hi,
lobby admin can create account for maximally 30 days.
Only admin with full access to WLC can override this time with anything else.
But lobby admin can extend this time to 30 days again before expiration. Just it must be done manually.

Hello Milos,
I also need to extend the 30 day period. I do have full admin rights on the WLC. I just can't find where to extend the days.

Hi,
login to web management of WLC, then
SECURITY tab
under AAA section click on "Local Net Users"
click on user and type Lifetime in seconds
I suppose that user is already created by lobby admin.
