Hi, i need to erase de configuration file in 1131 AG-A K9. is an Autonumos series. and i can not set any configuration unless i erase the the NVRAM. i Have try loooking for any troubble shouting guide but nothign helps. any information it will be apreciated thanks

Hi Paul,
you might want to try the following.
First be sure it is an IOS running AP not an LWAPP upgraded one.
Open the sliding cover.
Unplug any cabling.
Next to the LEDs poke gently in the hole with something pointed; pen for example.
While you keep the pen in the hole plug in power.
Wait for about 5 seconds (but less than about 30s) until one of the LED goes amber (orange).
Pull out the pen.
Let the box boot (1Minute)
Connect console cable .
Login with terminal emulation of your choice.
Usernames and Passwords default to "Cisco"
Type: enable
Type: erase start
Confirm following questions
Wait while box reboots
You have a shiny out of the box box
