failed to upload and download via TFTP to WLC cisco 2504

I have a cisco WLC 2504 that that I'am unable to upload and download via TFTP to WLC  .

running vesrion : 8.2.151.0.

I'm have this error from log :

TFTP Timeout no reply from TFTP server.Check network connection and route to the server Timed out between each retry: 50.

please note : I have  another  wlc that I can upload and download .

please help to fix that.

did you make sure there is no local firewall on PC running TFTP server ? can you ping TFTP server from your WLC ?
