Fast Transition option is creating issue in iPhones - Intermittent connection

Fast Transition option is creating issue in iPhones while connecting the SSID - takes longer time to connect.

To reconnect - either SSID must be deleted from the phone or reboot the phone

When it is disabled - no issue (runs smoothly without any disconnection)

WLC version : 8.5.135.0

Could you please help to resolve this issue.

First of all I would upgrade the WLC version to the latest 8.5.151.0, that fixes many possible issues.
What AP type are you using? I think with the x800 series (the 802.11acW2 models) were many bugs fixed.

Hi,

I am using AIR-CAP2702I-D-K9.

Will go for the upgrade for sure as i can see that most of the bugs are fixed in 8.5.151.0.
