Flexconnect split tunneling in 8.0

Hi all,

Perhaps someone here can help me further. I'm trying to configure split tunneling on the wireless controller which is running code 8.0.110.0.

I've followed the config guide. I created the Flexconnect ACL, defined the interesting and bound it to the Flexconnect group. However the interesting traffic is not locally switched. When I tried to do it on a WLC running 7.6.130.0 it is working perfectly.

Did I miss a new parameter, which needs to be defined?

After TAC has been involved it was confirmed to be a bug.

Hi Rasika,

The bug is CSCut91036. However the workaround stated does not work, as I have tried reconnecting the client multiple times.

Did you find a solution to this. I seem to have the same issue with a teleworker solution. As I understand it this is a new bug in 8.x Would using 7.6 solve it?

Hi Rasmus,

It is working on 7.6. It's beyond me why Cisco decided to terminate this bug as the workaround clearly does not work.

I'm using a new 5520 controller. No 7.6 software for me.

I might have to run a TAC case on this.
