Hello,
I configured a guest ssid with external radius on Meraki.
I entered radius ip and take capture from radius side there is no authentication radius from Meraki.
Any ideas?
While troubleshooting the issue I realised that there is 2 different url for the same page:
https://n35.meraki.com/.../manage/configure/access_control_2/12
https://n35.meraki.com/.../manage/configure/access_control/12

Does your RADIUS server have a public IP address, or have you create NAT entries to allow the RADIUS traffic into your RADIUS servers?
The RADIUS requests will come from the Meraki Cloud, not the APs.

Have you checked if that AP can communicate with the Radius server?
You need to add your public IP ad a Radius client in you Radius server.

Hi, my radius is open for every request. However how can i test my Meraki AP accessibility?
Thanks

There is a Radius test on the SSID.

Hi,
I would recheck the Radius shared secret matching on both ends,
Then the port configured on both ends,
Any firewall blocking the port inbetween,
Test for Radius server should be success from Meraki dashboard.
