guest user portal not loading.

Hello Team,

we are facing issue owith the guest users as the users arte not getting the authentication page.

Authentication method: Mac filetering 

Ap-mode: flex connect

Controller version:8.5.182

The user request is being hitting the ise and the ise is wending redirection url but the users not able to load the page and provide authentication details.

Do the Guest subnet have access to reach the portal when they redirect

Do you have any ACL or firewall between ?

have you tried manually enter https or http://guestportal.com - is that works ?

check the guest flows :

Have you done packet captures or browser trace to confirm:
1. Client receives redirect?
2. Whether client is able to connect to redirect URL?
3. What certificate is being sent by the redirect URL and is that certificate valid (matching the FQDN of the URL and within certificate validity dates) and trusted by the client?
