Guest Wifi Consent page says incorrect username/password

I have a 5508 running 8.5.176.2 with a 2602i.

The internal guest splash page is setup to use the consent page for access. When I click the connect button, it tells me that I have an incorrect username and password. It then sends me back to the guest wifi splash page.

Any ideas on what to do in order to fix this? It was working and stopped working one day, no planned changes happened.

Did the 5508 maybe reload and config had not been saved?
Have you checked the uptime of the controller?
Do you have config backups to check against?
