Guestconnect wireless connection is dead slow

After installing Certificate on NGS , Guestconnect wireless connection is dead slow. (takes more than 1 minute to load Splash page ,which is stalled on NGS)

We have another Anchore controller with NGS in DR site. Whenever we pointing WLC to DR Anchor controller ,no issue.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Are they using the same NGS? Are there any half duplex links in the path?

not the same NGS. which was working fine before certificate installation.

Problem started after installing the certificate. then we diverted the traffice to our DR site( no issue here).

The certificate shouldn't cause this, unless there is an issue getting to the Internet to validate the certificate.

It could still be a duplex issue between the NGS and the Internet connection at the non-DR site.

As I said before, only Guest connect authentication request takes more than 1 minutes(takes more than 1 minute to load Splash page ,which is stalled on NGS) .

Once the auth is successfuly , users can access internet normally.

You want to be certain, sniff the guest traffic and see what is being delayed.

Are u natted? Could be cert validation issue. Turn off ocsp checking on ur browser c how it goes
