Hi,
Is it possible to locally switch the guest SSID with the WLC at the central office as the DHCP server along with web authentication?. If yes, please let me know how.

Hi, I believe the in that scenario you would still get DHCP from the local site.

not a good idea, if wan connection at local or central site fails then the client can't do dhcp.
controller doesn't assign dhcp ip to wired pc(but wireless client and ap), since in local switching -dhcp req forwarded from local site to wlc, packets will be dropped at wlc since it is not through capwap.
web-auth is supported with local-switching from 7.0.116.0.
