I really wouldn't waste time on trying to get controller set up for such old APs - you will encounter numerous problems (see some field notices below).
If you decide to anyway then refer to the compatibility matrix below.
With those old APs best to just use them as autonomous APs. You can use the same config for every AP just changing the hostname and IP address for each AP.
If you make a change you'll need to apply the same change to every AP..
You should look for autonomous IOS c1140-k9w7-tar.153-3.JD17.tar which was the last release to support those APs.

Hi
You can not. And even if WLC you can not configured all the AP at once. With WLC you also need to setup per AP. The only tool that would allow it is Prime and now DNAC.
Either you use one of this tools or you run a script or do it manually one by one.

Can help explain how it works and do need wlc wireless controller ?

You dont need wlc. But, it is better have. Therefore, this AP is pretty old so, if you intend to get a wlc, make sure to get an old model.
The wlc helps to manage all the AP for SSID propagation, firmware install and upgrade, rádios configuration etc. But the AP needs to be capwap mode, if they are autonomous you can not add to the wlc.
But let say they are capwap and you get a wlc, you still need to configure all AP indidually on the wlc.
configuration like hostname, AP group,.AP mode, primary and secondary wlc,.local or flexconnect all of it will be done on per AP.

You have to get a WLC (old model 2504 or 3504) with firmware version 8.3.x or below (as given AP model is no longer supported in latest firmware). You can setup WLC management & AP management on the same vlan & try to register those APs to WLC first. You may end up certain certificate expiry issues as these AP most likely manufactured 15-20 years ago.
Once all APs register to WLC, you can configure SSID on WLC & broadcast through all those APs
