You need to check the config on esxi vswitch or dswitch

Sorry to be picky but the 9800 WLCs do not run on CatOS - that was a very old OS used on Catalyst switches which is well past end of support now.

The 9800 WLCs runs on IOS-XE - the same OS found on many of the Cisco routers and switches these days (eg ISR 1100, ISR 4000, ASR1000 series , Catalyst 9000 switches).
