Help needed with 350 series access points

We have LXE's with Cisco 350 cards in them. We are connecting to 350 series access points with the latest firmware. Our warehouse has enough coverage, as tested with ACU. The problem is that are client access sessions on the LXE's that are running win2000 seem to drop quite frequently. We get a black screen which tells us it loses connectivity with the AP's. I think the problem is switching off from access point to access point. While running ACU, it seems to switch ap's when the quality and strength get to about 5%. Is there anything I can do to see if this is the actual problem. Our wireless laptops do not lose connectivity with the AP's, but they are stationary. Thank you

I once had that problem with a customer who used LXE handhelds. He was using telnet sessions to a unix platform. We suggested he encrease the timeout delay on both handheld and unix platform and that solved the problem .
