Hi All
I have a really annoying problem.
I have 2 radios in 2 different vehicles, static IP's.
1 is a Aironet 350 Series and the other is a 1240 Series. If i make the 1240 Series Root and the 350 Series a non-root, the radios cannot see each other. If i make the 350 Sereis Root and the 1240 Series non-root they can see each other.
I really need to have the 1240 series root due to logistics and other radios in the whole network.
(None of the other radios are on when this problem happens.)
Any thoughts.

Honestly, I've always been told by Cisco that different bridge models cannot talk to each other. If you're gotten it to work with the 1240 as the non-root, that might only be because the 350 doesn't contain that restriction as the root.
So yeah, I'm pretty sure Cisco makes the devices incompatible. :/

Except I have another truck that has a different 1240 Series radio and it works fine.
I think i might just swap a couple radios around to get this to work.
