Dear all,
Could you pls help me to resolve the current situation:
I've tried to upgrade the AIR-AP1852E-E-K9 (Mobility Express mode) from 8.3.112.0 to 8.10.130.0 and something went wrong.#
I downloaded the software, installed TFTP server in my laptop and using software update option in the mobile express console upgraded the access point.
As a result, LED quickly change colours red-amber-green and web interface to the point itself does not work.
Web interface to mobile express is working but there is no AP visible.
I can SSH/Telnet to the access point by IP.
CiscoAirProvision SSID in not in place.
According to show version command:
AP Running Image: 8.3.112.0
Primary Boot Image: 8.3.112.0
Backup Boot Image: 8.10.130.0
Any suggestion about next recovery steps?
Many thanks,
Anton

Update:
I’ve managed to resolve the issue by myself.
Step 1 - reset the mobility express to default settings using Web GUI and rebooted the AP.
Step 2 - re-configured mobility express via CiscoAirProvision
Step 3 - re-run the software update via mobility express GUI with new software on a local TFTP server.
step 4 - rebooted the AP and I now have the latest software on the AP and mobility express.
