How can I Obtain Instance Number from Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.9?

Dear Community, I need to find the Instance Number of Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.9 for a customer of mine.

They can't find any mail or docs with this detail (incredible but true).

As they have still access to their software, is there somewhere in the option/menu the Instance Number due to renew the service support?

If it's the UDI, then it's in the menu under Administration - System Monitoring Dashboard and there open the System Information.
