I don't want to see my SSIDs appear in windows. (LEAP w/MAC authentication / ACS 3.2 / AP 1230 B )
Your help is greatly appreciated!

Look at the AP web interface, "security > SSID manager", at bottom, did you set "Set Guest Mode SSID" for the ssid? If you do that, you have enabled broadcast ssid. Simply "Set Guest Mode SSID" to none to disable it. Or you can do it from CLI as well.
ssid tsunami
no guest-mode

Thank you for the reply, but:
"Set guest mode" was already set to None. I also configured the CLI.
ssid tsunami
no guest-mode
But I still see Windows wireless ICON appear in my system tray. Randomly, the wireless ICON will appear. It asks would you like to connect to an insecure network. I choose 802.1x and it connects fine.
I can also scan for Wireless Networks. I don't want my SSIDs to appear.
Have any other ideas, or is this way wireless networking works?

If you want to disable broadcast SSID in beacon feature then you can access the Web GUI - > Express Setup -> Set Broadcast SSID in beacon to No.
